Secure Heat Program

Residential customers who join SWL&P's Secure Heat program have the security of knowing that furnace repairs can be quickly and economically resolved after the original warranty has expired. Secure Heat participants gain service protection for their natural gas-powered home heating systems.
How the program works
The Secure Heat program covers labor and most parts (up to $500 total for parts per service call) for no-heat emergencies 24/7 year-round. Customers enroll in the program for $15.95 a month, plus tax. The fee can be paid monthly as part of your utility bill or you can make an annual payment in advance.
At SWL&P we pride ourselves on prompt service but please know that weather conditions, employee workload, or availability of parts may affect how quickly we can respond.
Furnace inspection and tune-up included
In addition to covering most repairs, the Secure Heat program includes an annual furnace inspection and tune-up—that's a $150 value, plus the benefit of knowing that your natural gas heating system is in good working condition. We'll work with you to schedule a convenient time for one of our skilled technicians to visit.
